Alan Sheltzer - Keyboards

 Alan has had a distinguished and varied career, and it shows in his playing. He provides The Michael Chance Band with a wealth of experience and versatility, and never showboats the way virtuosos are rumored to do. Alan studied jazz in Boston, and then played keyboards for a number of years in Los Angeles with several top R&B artists, including Johnny "Guitar" Watson. He has also played country music with a number of bands in Austin, Texas.

Currently, he performs and records in Philadelphia, and venues he has performed at include The Tin Angel, World Cafe Live, the Philadelphia Folk Festival, the Bethlehem Musikfest, The Sellersville Theatre, and the NBC 10! Show.
